To create a group on the Tokyo Disney Resort App, both the guest who creates the group (invites members) and the guests who join the group (are invited) must download the Tokyo Disney Resort App, create a MyDisney account, and log into their accounts.
- Guests ages 13 and older can create a MyDisney account. For information on how to create a MyDisney account, please see here.
A group can be created if any of the following conditions is met:*
- Your park tickets purchased online are displayed on the app.
- Information from your printed park tickets is displayed on the app after scanning the 2D code on the tickets.**
- You have a plan such as Priority Seating at a restaurant, a Disney hotel reservation, or a Standby Pass displayed under "My Plan" on the app.
A group can be created for today and subsequent dates.
A group cannot be created for past dates.
*If none of the above conditions are met, you can create a group once you have a “plan” in the app, such as obtaining a Standby Pass after entering the park.
**Eligible Park Tickets:
- Business card-sized park tickets purchased at Disney Hotels, etc.
- Park tickets included in Vacation Packages
- Reservation vouchers purchased at travel agencies, convenience stores, etc.
- Shareholders' Passport
- Sponsor Passport
