How to register (scan) my park ticket information onto the App:
Park tickets purchased online* will automatically be displayed on the Tokyo Disney Resort App by logging into the App with your MyDisney Account used at the time of purchase. If purchased in multiple tickets, all of them will appear on the purchaser's App.

Important:
Please keep your scanned park ticket and bring it with you from the time you enter the park until you leave, as you will need it in case you make changes to the date of park admission or if an error occurs with the App after entering the park.
To make changes to the date of admission, conditions for making changes of the park ticket prior to the change will apply.
The Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary Priority Pass will no longer be available after August 31, 2026.

Park tickets automatically displayed on the App:
Purchased through the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website or the Tokyo Disney Resort App.
Park tickets will automatically be displayed on the Tokyo Disney Resort App by logging into the App with your MyDisney Account used at the time of purchase. If purchased in multiple tickets, all of them will appear on the purchaser's App.
If you wish to use services available on the App with members of your party
1) A representative of the party will be required to create a group on the App.
2) Invite members of the party to join the group.
3) Park tickets and plans for all members of the group will be displayed on the App for all members who have joined the group.
Notes: If you do not create a group
If you scan park tickets for all members of the party using the App to use services after entering the park, the park tickets and plans will only be displayed on the last App used for scanning. Please be aware that the park tickets and plans will disappear from the other members' Apps.

Park Admission
The two-dimensional code sent to purchasers via email is provided for the following guests to enter the park:
・Those who do not have the app
・Those who do not enter the park together with someone who has the app
Please enter the park with the email printed out or displayed on your smartphone's email screen.
Please refrain from scanning the code directly with the app before entering the park. (See "Important" below)
If you have the app, please join the group created by the purchaser and display the park ticket on the app to enter the park.
Important
If someone other than the purchaser scans the 2D code above using the app, the park tickets and plans will disappear from that non-purchaser's app when the purchaser updates or reloads the app, whether before or after entering the park.
In that case, please scan the 2D code on your park ticket again. Your park ticket and plan will reappear on the app.
Disney Premier Access, 40th Anniversary Priority Pass, Standby Pass, Entry Request, Disney Mobile Order:
After entering the park, if the app is available, please tap “Scan” on the service selection screen and scan the code on your park ticket.
If you wish to use services available on the App with members of your party:
After entering the park, one representative should use the app to scan the 2D code of the park ticket sent by email.
- Tap “Scan Ticket” under “Park Ticket” on the home screen of the Tokyo Disney Resort app, which appears when you tap the house icon at the bottom of the map screen.
- The screen will switch to the scanning screen, and your smartphone’s camera will activate. Please point your smartphone at your park ticket so that the 2D code fits within the frame.
- Notes regarding park tickets will appear. Read it carefully and tap “OK.”
- The scanned park tickets will appear on the “Park Ticket” screen of the app.

Some park tickets cannot be scanned using the App before entering the park. In that case, please scan the code on your park ticket with the reader at the park entrance to enter the park. After entering the park, scan the code using the App when you use the services with the App.
If you entered the park by scanning your "printed park ticket" with the reader at the park entrance:
Park tickets can be scanned using the App by following the above procedure even after entering the park.

40th Anniversary Priority Pass, Standby Pass, Entry Request:
Please contact a Cast Member at the applicable venue you wish to experience, Main Street House (Tokyo Disneyland) or Guest Relations (Tokyo DisneySea).
A Cast Member will obtain a 40th Anniversary Priority Pass and Standby Pass, and make an Entry Request for you.
Disney Premier Access:
Disney Premier Access can be purchased at Park facilities. A Cast Member at the park facilities will register your Disney Premier Access information on the code for your park ticket.
