Changes to or Cancellation of Tokyo Disney Resort 40th Anniversary Priority Pass / Standby Pass / Entry Request / Disney Premier Access:

Entry Request

Entry Request cannot be changed or canceled after making the request.

Disney Premier Access

Disney Premier Access cannot be changed or canceled after tapping "OK" to complete the payment.

40th Anniversary Priority Pass / Standby Pass

About changing the assigned time:

You cannot change the assigned time once you have obtained a 40th Anniversary Priority Pass or Standby Pass. If you wish to change the assigned time, first cancel your 40th Anniversary Priority Pass or Standby Pass, and obtain a new one. (Please note, depending on operating conditions at the experience, it may not be possible to obtain another 40th Anniversary Priority Pass or Standby Pass after making a cancellation.)

About cancellations:

You can make cancellations on your own using the App.

The cancellation procedure is as follows:

1) Select the "40th Anniversary Priority Pass" or "Standby Pass" you have obtained, which is displayed under ”My Plan" on the Tokyo Disney Resort App.

2) Select the "Cancel" icon displayed on the upper right corner of the details page of the Pass you obtained.

3) Select the Park ticket to be canceled.

4) Cancellation confirmed.

-Please note that you will not be able to get your canceled 40th Anniversary Priority Pass or Standby Pass back.
