Changes to or Cancellation of Disney Premier Access / Entry Request / Standby Pass:
Disney Premier Access
Disney Premier Access cannot be changed or canceled after tapping "OK" to complete the payment.
Entry Request
Entry Request cannot be changed or canceled after making the request.
Standby Pass
About changing the assigned time:
You cannot change the assigned time once you have obtained a Standby Pass. If you wish to change the assigned time, first cancel your Standby Pass, and obtain a new one. (Please note, depending on operating conditions at the experience, it may not be possible to obtain another Standby Pass after making a cancellation.)
About cancellations:
You can make cancellations on your own using the app.
The cancellation procedure is as follows:
- Select the "Standby Pass" you have obtained, which is displayed under ”My Plan" on the Tokyo Disney Resort App.
How to display "My Plan" (Frequently Asked Questions)
- Select the "Cancel" icon displayed on the upper right corner of the details page of the pass you obtained.
- Select the park ticket to be canceled.
- Cancellation confirmed.
- Please note that once you cancel a Standby Pass, it cannot be recovered.
