If you're using “Private Browser,” it may appear as though stamps are adding up on the screen, but they will be deleted after a few minutes.
Turn off 'Private Browsing' and start over from the beginning.
For iPhone (Safari) users
Open Safari > Tap the icon of two overlapping squares in the toolbar at the bottom right of the screen > If “Private” is displayed, swipe left to switch to a regular tab
- If the URL bar is gray, it means you are using private browsing.
For Android (Chrome) users
Open Chrome > Tap the square icon in the top-right or bottom-right corner of the screen > If you're in “Incognito” mode, swipe left to switch to a regular tab
- If the URL bar is black, it means you are using private browsing.
