Toy Friends Stamp Rally

If the Pixar Ball doesn't respond when tapped, please try the following:

​

1. Unlock your smartphone and touch the Pixar Ball directly.

- If your smartphone case is thick, it may be less responsive, so please remove the case before touching it.

- The position of the detection sensor (IC card reader) varies depending on the smartphone model.　

- The detection sensor is located at the top of the iPhone and generally at the top of Android devices, though depending on the model, it may be in the center of the back or at the bottom.

2. Check your push notifications in the notification center.

​

3. Please hold your smartphone against the center of the Pixar Ball for 5 seconds.

​

4. It does not work when multiple smartphones are touched at the same time.

​

For Android (Chrome) users

If all touch functions are turned off, it will not respond.

Open the Settings app > Connected Devices or Connections > NFC > Turn it on
