[Reservations for Park Admission] I forgot the date I specified when making the reservation. Could you please let me know? Could you send a notification email or something else?

You can check the reservation date for park admission using the following procedure.

If you made the reservation through Tokyo Disney Resort App:

You can confirm your reservation in the email sent to the address registered with your MyDisney account after completing the booking.

You can also check your ticket information on the app by activating it and selecting your reservation date.

For details, please see "How to check date of visit / Park" under "How to make a reservation" in "Reservations for Park Admission."

If you made the reservation through Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website:

You can check your reservation using the "Park Reservation" form.

Please enter the ticket number on your park ticket without hyphens, and your reservation details will be displayed. No email or other notifications will be sent.

To display tickets reserved through the official website on the App, you need to scan them to register the ticket information. See here for details about how to scan.

-Please note that the above information pertains to park tickets without a specified date, such as the Shareholders' Passport and Sponsor Passport.
