My "Multiple Experiences" that was provided and displayed during a previous visit to the park cannot be found. What should I do?

"Multiple Experiences" is tied to the park ticket at the time it is granted.

The park ticket will appear on the App when you log in to the App with the Disney account to which it is linked.

Log in with the account that was used to purchase the Park ticket for which it was granted.

If you do not see it on the app, please present the park ticket for which it was provided at the desired attraction.
