How to display "My Plan"

・Not using the App

Please present your park ticket used to obtain Disney Premier Access, etc., to a cast member at the eligible facility. The cast member will check it out for you.

After checking the expiration date and choosing the date you wish to use the Multiple Experiences, please select from the following options.

Information about Multiple Experiences will be registered on the scanned Park ticket.

Your Multiple Experiences can be used once at one of the eligible facilities in Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea. Access to an experience will be permitted for one guest per Multiple Experiences. Please use your Multiple Experiences within the validity period indicated.

* Business card-sized park tickets, reservation vouchers, printed park tickets, etc.

A Park ticket purchased online* and displayed on the App

If you have created a group, Multiple Experiences will be distributed to all members of the group. You do not need to distribute them anew.

Please note that members who are not using the app will not be able to use Multiple Experiences unless they are with a member who is using the app. Members without the app need to join the members with the app to use Multiple Experiences.

Information will vary depending on the park ticket you used when you obtained your Multiple Experiences.

Information about Multiple Experiences will be registered on the scanned park ticket. To use Multiple Experiences on a date after it was issued, the park ticket used to obtain Multiple Experiences will be required in addition to the park ticket used for admission on your next visit. Lost park tickets will not be re-issued.

Your Multiple Experiences can be used once at one of the eligible facilities in Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea. Please use your Multiple Experiences within the validity period indicated.

Distribution / Retrieval

・A guest who purchased park tickets can retrieve Multiple Experiences that have already been distributed.

Eligible members

・Multiple Experiences can only be distributed to members of your group that was created on the day of receiving your Multiple Experiences.

・If a member leaves or is removed from your group before Multiple Experiences is distributed, the Multiple Experiences will not be distributed to the member.

In case of not distributing Multiple Experiences

・Multiple Experiences that could not be distributed will remain on the app and be held by the member who purchased the park tickets. Members who were not distributed Multiple Experiences can use them the next time they visit the park with the member who purchased the park ticket.
