I used Mobile Order. Why am I being billed twice?

Only credit cards are accepted as a method of payment for Disney Mobile Order.

When you complete an order or make changes to your order, Tokyo Disney Resort will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.

In addition, your credit card company may send you an email notifying you of the completion of payment, but the payment will not be completed unless you press the "I'm Here" button at the specified time.

Please check your credit card statement.

If you use a debit card or prepaid card, the payment will be debited from your registered account when your order is completed.

In the event of a change or cancellation, your order will be automatically canceled unless you click the "I'm Hre" button, in which case the money will be refunded to your registered account.

It may take 2-3 months to complete the procedure. For details, please contact your credit card company.
