You will not be able to use the service in that case. Please charge your smartphone or enter the queue for a cash register at the restaurant and place an order.

If you have already tapped "I'm Here", please contact a Cast Member. A cancellation will be made.

If your payment method is debit card or prepaid card payment, transactions may take several days for the refund to be processed due to cancellation, etc.
