If your smartphone runs out of battery at the time of your arrival, you will not be able to use the service. Please charge your smartphone or enter the queue for a cash register at the restaurant and place an order.

If your payment method is debit card or prepaid card payment, transactions may take several days for the refund to be processed due to cancellation, etc.
