To enter the Park by displaying the code on a smartphone

Please forward the "email with the code for your Park ticket" from a purchaser to an accompanying guest, then display the email screen on the accompanying guest's smartphone and scan the code with the reader at the Park entrance.

Please refrain from scanning a screenshot of the code to enter the Park.

Please refrain from "scanning the code sent by email using the App before entering the Park" to enter the Park.

・Codes sent by email are provided for guests who do not have the App to enter the Park.

・If guests other than the purchaser scan the above code using the App before entering the Park, the code will disappear from the App when the purchaser updates or reloads the App. guests who have the App will be asked to join the "group" created by the purchaser and display your Park ticket on the App to enter the Park.

To enter the Park with the printed code

There are no paper or size requirements, but please note the following:

・Codes must be clearly visible

・No creases in the code

-There is no function to print Park tickets on the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Website. Please print the email from your own email application.

If you purchase more than one Park ticket, codes will be sent to you in one email.

Once the code is scanned with the reader at the Park entrance, it will be marked as "already entered the Park". Please note that even if another guest scans the same code, the code cannot be used to enter the Park.

Please cut each code with scissors after printing and bring it with you or fold the printed paper so that you can scan it one by one with the reader at the Park entrance.

-If lost, codes cannot be reissued. Please keep the code carefully.
