[Reservations for Park Admission] The person who made a reservation (a representative) is no longer able to visit the Park. Can we enter the Park without the representative?

As long as each of you has one of the following reserved park tickets, you may enter the park without a representative.

-Reserved park tickets (business card size)

-Reserved park tickets (displayed on the accompanying guest's App)*

*After registering for a specific date, the representative should create a group in the App, invite companions to the group, and share the park tickets.

Please note that you may need the original park ticket in business card size in case of an app error.

-Please note that the above information pertains to park tickets without a specified date, such as the Shareholders' Passport and Sponsor Passport. For information on making changes to park tickets purchased online, please see here.
