Purchases made on the Tokyo Disney Resort App from April 9, 2024 onwards:
You may choose either of the following.
・Refund of your payment
・Same-day use of any one of the eligible facilities, including the one you purchased*
* If you choose this option, "Multiple Experiences" will be issued that can only be used once on the same day.
Further information will be provided on the Tokyo Disney Resort App for guests who are unable to use the purchased Disney Premier Access at the designated times due to the temporary suspension in operation of the attraction.
If you are not using the Tokyo Disney Resort App, please contact a Cast Member at an eligible venue.
(1) If all Disney Premier Access purchased in one transaction on the Tokyo Disney Resort App are eligible for a refund.
A refund will be made to the card used for payment. (Refunds will be made automatically.)-Please note that refunds will take one to two months.
(2) If a part of the multiple Disney Premier Access purchased in one transaction on the Tokyo Disney Resort App is used as Multiple Experiences, you are required to apply for a refund using the refund request form sent via the App on or after the day following the planned date of use.
A refund will be made at a later date to a Japanese bank account designated by the guest.
Requests for refunds will be accepted only within 90 days from today, and requests after that time will not be accepted.
If you do not have a Japanese bank account, please inform a cast member at the applicable venue on the day of your visit.
