If location services are off on the App, some functions will not be available even if you are inside Tokyo Disney Resort.
Please enable the location services in the "Settings" on your smartphone and try again.
iPhone
Settings > Privacy > Location Services > "On"
Android
Settings > Location > "On"
If the above steps do not solve the problem:
iPhone
Please see "Share My Location" under the location services, and if "Disney Resort" is set to "Never" in the list of apps at the bottom of the screen, please change it to "While Using the App".
Android
Please go to Settings > Apps & notifications > "Disney Resort", and if you see "No permissions", go to "Permissions" and turn on "Location" or check "Only while app is in use".
