The following certificates qualify guests for Tickets for Guests with Disabilities and the Disability Access Service.

* Physical Disability Certificate
* Mental Disability Certificate
* Medical Rehabilitation Handbook
* Recipient Certificate for Welfare Services and Supports for Persons with Disabilities
\- The certificates must be issued by the local government of Japan.

\- Guests from outside Japan are requested to bring a certificate of disability issued in accordance with the laws and regulations of their country of residence (No need for translation into Japanese).

\- Please make sure to bring your disability certificate (the original document, not a copy, or an app for the disability handbook) on the day of your visit.
