We cannot accept requests to have food items prepared without specific ingredients or with ingredients processed differently through Disney Mobile Order.
If you wish to make such requests, please visit the restaurant at the designated time after confirming your order, and then contact a Cast Member before tapping the “I'm Here” button.
Only for guests without food allergies, we may be able to remove ingredients they dislike (or avoid).
If you wish to have your food processed at the park, please contact a cast member at the eligible restaurant on the day of your visit. Please note that food preparation may take time.
