Cancellation charges shall be payable in the following cases after 14 days from the day before the check-in date.
・Re-booking
・Reducing the number of rooms
・Cancellation procedures
・Changing of arrival date
-Please note that times and dates for cancellation policies are based on Japan Standard Time.
Cancellations made before the due date for the cancellation will refund the full amount of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made after the due date for the cancellation will refund the balance after deducting the cancellation fee from the deposit in accordance with each hotel's Terms and Conditions of Accommodation Contract.
