Guests who will be staying at a Disney Hotel can send their baggage to the hotel in advance. Please send it to the following address.

Baggage will be kept at the Guest service counter. Please present the copy of the delivery slip when you pick up your baggage on the day of your stay.

-Please be sure to write

(1) the name of the booking representative, and

(2) the date of arrival

in the remarks column of the delivery slip.

If another guest, other than the booking representative, is sending the baggage, please make sure to include the representative's phone number or address, along with the name and arrival date, as much as possible.

-Please make sure to send your baggage at your own expense. Baggage sent as payment on delivery or cash on delivery may not be accepted.
