Your park ticket will remain valid even if you do not visit the park on your reserved date, as long as it is within its period of validity. (There is no need to cancel or contact us.)

You can rebook your park admission for a new date before or after your originally reserved date, unless the number of ticket reservations made per day reaches a certain limit.

If you change your park admission date via the app after the original reservation date has passed, you will be required to re-scan your park ticket.

When you enter the park, you may be requested to present your park ticket (business card size), so please make sure to bring it on the day of your visit.

You will not be able to book the date after the expiration date of your park ticket.

-Please note that the above information pertains to park tickets without a specified date, such as the Shareholders' Passport and Sponsor Passport. For information on making changes to park tickets purchased online, please see here.
