Guests may only purchase Disney Premier Access for eligible experiences at the Park in which they have entered.
If you are visiting Tokyo Disneyland, you cannot purchase Disney Premier Access for eligible facilities at Tokyo DisneySea.
However, if you have Park tickets for both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea and are at Tokyo Disneyland after entering Tokyo DisneySea on the same day, you may purchase Disney Premier Access for Tokyo DisneySea.
