What if I wish to purchase a "1-Day Passport (for Guests with Disabilities)" online but it is sold out and only a "1-Day Passport" is available?
Please purchase a "1-Day Passport" online for the same park and admission date you wish to visit* if a "1-Day Passport (for Guests with Disabilities)" is sold out.
Changes will be made at the park entrance** by presenting an identification document of the ticket purchaser along with the ticket before entering the park on the day of your visit.
Changes cannot be made in the following cases:
If you purchased a park ticket other than "1-Day Passport."
Example: Fixed Date and Time Passports such as Early Evening Passport, special value tickets available for limited period, etc.
If you purchased a park ticket at other sales locations.
Example: Travel agencies, convenience stores, etc.
