If the ticket information is not displayed in My Booking, the purchase has not been completed.

In that case, your credit card will not be charged.

For example, even if your card has been charged despite not being able to purchase tickets due to a transaction error, the amount charged to your credit card is temporary and will be refunded at a later date.
