[Separate Wait Service] How can I use the service?
Separate Wait Service:
Eligible Guests:
Guests who have difficulty standing in line
Guests with wheelchairs
Guests of advanced age
Guests of expectant mothers
Guests who have temporary physical impairments
Please inform a Cast Member at the Applicable Locations* that you wish to use Separate Wait Service and present your Park ticket.
Guests who have difficulty standing in line for a long period of time will be able to wait outside of the line.
(You may not be able to view the shows or presentations at the queue area.)
All other members of their party are requested to remain in line. The guest will be guided to rejoin the party inside the facility.
Guests who have difficulty standing in line by themselves due to symptoms and other conditions will be able to wait with one accompanying guest at a separate area instead of in the queue. Please inform a Cast Member that you need assistance.
Please note that you will not be able to access other experiences during the period.
-Wait times cannot be shortened by the Separate Wait Service.
-If you do not meet the boarding restrictions, you will not be able to experience the attractions.
