Cancellation fees for a show restaurant booking:
Until 8:59 p.m. on the day before your restaurant visit
Cancellation fees will not be applied.
From 9:00 p.m. on the day before your restaurant visit
The full amount of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
-Please note that times and dates for cancellation policies are based on Japan Standard Time.
