Please see below for details on the services available at the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center.

The Disney Hotels Service Counter is located on the second floor of the"Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center" to the left of the JR Maihama Station South exit ticket gates, and provides the services listed below for guests staying at the following hotels:

・Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel

・Tokyo Disneyland Hotel

・Disney Ambassador Hotel

・Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta

・Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel

- Not available to guests staying at Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel. Please note that guests can have their baggage delivered from Maihama Station to the hotel by dropping them off at the Home Delivery Service Counter on the first floor of the Disney Shop Bon Voyage. (Fee required)

Operating hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

・Baggage delivery service

- Baggage dropped off at the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center will be delivered to your hotel. (free)
