Cancellations can be made on the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website until 8:59 p.m. (JST) on the day before the check-in date.

Please complete the cancellation procedure from "My Booking".

-To cancel your booking on your check-in day, please select “Next” and contact us directly.

-Depending on when you cancel your booking, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
