You cannot make changes to the name of the representative in your Vacation Package plan. Requests to change the name of the representative of each room are not accepted, either.

If you wish to change the representative of your party, please make a new booking under the new representative's name and cancel the booking you no longer need.

-Please note that we may not be able to meet your request due to unavailability of rooms or other reasons.

-Depending on the date of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. For more information, please see here.
