[Attractions] What are some ways for guardians to experience attractions if their children do not meet the boarding requirements? (What is Rider Switch Service?)

A
(ID:00003)

"Rider Switch Service" allows adults to take turns experiencing attractions that do not allow young children.

If the child does not meet the boarding requirements and there are 2 or more adults in your party, the parents (or guardians) can experience the attraction in turn while the other parent stays with the child.

Before entering the queue for the attraction, please have your park ticket ready and contact a Cast Member at the entrance of the attraction to use this service.

Each attraction can be experienced once per guest. If there are 3 Guests in total experiencing the attraction, one of them will be asked to experience it alone.

A Guest experiencing the attraction first will be asked to wait in line as usual.

After the first Guest experiences the attraction, a Cast Member will guide the next Guest to the attraction with a shorter wait time, allowing the next Guest to bypass the end of the queue.

A Cast Member at the attraction will set the time to access the experience on the park ticket for the next Guest, according to the wait time.

The next Guest will be asked to return to the attraction at the designated time and switch places with the Guest who experienced the attraction first.

After switching places, please inform a Cast Member at the entrance of the attraction that you are using "Rider Switch Service" and present your park ticket.

Rider Switch Service is available at all attractions with boarding requirements.
